MAIN SUBJECTS
Are People Really Lost?
In today’s world it is often considered intolerant to view people as lost. As a result, some are asking if missions are even necessary, while others question what contemporary motivations for missions might be. This session aims to explore the concept of spiritual lostness through Scripture and to help clarify the Christian perspective on salvation and the importance of reaching out to those who may not know Christ.
While there is still time
An appeal to mobilize the local church for missions from Europe to the ends of the earth to reach the lost.
The Work of the Holy Spirit in Missions.
This discussion will focus on how the Holy Spirit convicts individuals and how He sends workers into the mission field. This session will clarify the Spirit’s role in the hearts of non-Christians and how this relates to those within other religions. It will also highlight the importance of listening to the voice of the Holy Spirit as He directs and sends workers into the harvest.
Missions Empowered by the Holy Spirit.
In this session we address the dual need for both the power and purity of the Holy Spirit in missions. We will discuss the dangers of focusing solely on power without maintaining integrity of heart, which can lead to disillusionment in the church and derision in society. The emphasis will be on living a life that reflects the Spirit’s power while also embodying His holiness.
Facing the Future Together.
This session will focus on collaboration in missions, discussing current needs and opportunities in the world. We will highlight the importance of partnerships and working together to address the challenges faced in spreading the Gospel.
