REGISTRATION
THEME
The consultation starts October 7th at 2pm and ends October 9th at 12 with lunch.
This year the Topic is going to be Antioch Rising: Reclaiming the Sending Mandate of the Local Church and our programme will be built around that.
The program will feature dynamic workshop sessions designed to inspire, equip, and connect. We’ll focus especially on strategic collaboration for reaching Europe, learning from each other’s experiences and building practical pathways for working together.
You can choose from the following workshops to get inspired very practically:
Mobilizing the Whole Church
Discover how to activate every member of your congregation in global mission. This seminar explores practical tools for casting vision, engaging all age groups, and integrating missions into the life and rhythm of the local church. Learn how ordinary believers can live out extraordinary sending faith.
Identifying and Equipping Missionaries
How do you know when someone is called to go? And how do you prepare them? This workshop will offer guidance on discerning missionary calling, mentoring future workers, and creating training pathways in partnership with mission organizations. Practical insights from churches already sending will be shared.
Church Planting in Post-Christian Europe
Learn from leaders planting life-giving churches in the heart of Europe. This session covers models of church planting that resonate in secular contexts, stories of breakthrough, and how local churches can partner, send, and support new works in cities and rural regions across Europe.
Local Church Missions Teams
A strong missions team is the engine room of a sending church. This seminar covers how to form, lead, and empower a missions team to champion global engagement. Topics include defining roles, strategic planning, missionary care, and connecting with the congregation.
Reaching the Nations in Europe: Diaspora Missions
Europe is home to millions of immigrants, refugees, and international students—many from unreached people groups. This seminar will equip churches to see the strategic opportunity of reaching the nations within Europe, and offer practical ways to engage diaspora communities with love, language, and the gospel.
Pastoral Care for Missionaries
Missionaries thrive when they’re supported well. Learn how your church can provide relational, emotional, and spiritual care for those on the field. From pre-departure to re-entry, we’ll discuss care structures, crises, and the role of the home church in ongoing missionary wellbeing.
Building Strategic Partnerships for Mission in Europe
This is not a seminar. It’s a working session. In a small, focused group, we’ll explore how we can form meaningful, strategic partnerships to reach Europe — with a special emphasis on Europe. Together, we’ll identify shared vision, resources, and opportunities for collaboration across national and organizational lines. If you’re passionate about mission in Europe and ready to move from talk to tangible cooperation, this is the space for you. Round 1 Focus on Europe and Round 2 Focus on Ukraine.
We are expectant for the main sessions and are praying and believing for a powerful time together in discussions, prayer and worship.
